When will I receive my order?

The estimated delivery time for UAE orders is 2-4 days. These times are approximate. You can check your order status using your tracking number on the order status page.

How can I change the delivery Address if I have already placed my order?

Unfortunately, the system does not allow address changes once an order is completed. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@originessentials.store and we will assist you.

My size is unavailable. Is it still possible to get it?

Once my purchase is done, How can I know the status of my order

After placing your order, you will receive an email with all the relevant details.

What’s your privacy policy?

Be assured that we do not store your card details. When you enter the card details you are redirected to the respective banks secure payment site.

Bank exchanges the data provided by you with your card issuing bank through a Secured Socket Layer. Your card issuing bank authorizes or rejects the transaction, based on which we process or reject the order. At no point do we receive / store your card details.
